Wellbeing: Move it or Lose it  

Working in collaboration with qualified health professionals, Move it or Lose it are dedicated to providing health and fitness solutions to the over 55s to ensure that they stay younger for longer. By providing four vital components, Flexibility, Aerobic, Balance and Strength through effective exercise we strive to ensure that age or ability are no longer barriers to an active lifestyle. 

The classes are low impact exercises designed for over 55’s or those under 55's with limited mobility and or recovering from surgeries or those looking to build up their fitness levels. These classes are suitable for a standing or chair or wheelchair based exercises. 

The ‘Move it or Lose it’ exercises have been created in partnership with the Centre for Healthy Ageing Research at Birmingham University to help  people stay active, “turn back the clock”, and help maintain independence.

Face-to-face classes in Stanmore and Hatch End

Online classes held on Wednesday mornings. 

These classes are also held in Residential and Care Homes for their members.
