Health and Wellbeing Walks with workouts
The health and wellness walks have variety of categories: Mindful Walks Wellness or Adventure walks held in North West London. Anyone with the ability to walk as per description of the chosen walk can book the walk.
Mindful walks: These are 50 minute walks at a low intensity with some low impact exercises or Tai Chi Qi gong movements
Woodland walks: These vary from two to 6 hours woodland or long distance walks.
