Health and Wellbeing Walks with workouts

The health and wellness walks have variety of categories: Workout, Wellness or Adventure walks held in North West London. Anyone with the ability to walk as per description of the chosen walk can book the walk. They can choose to walk with or without poles (Nordic, trekking or walking poles).

Workout walks: These are one two hour sessions that will include a walk  or a jog and  gentle to moderate intensity with some exercises

Wellness walks: These are 50 minute walks at a low intensity with some low impact exercises or Tai Chi Movement exercises

Woodland walks: These  vary from two to 6 hours woodland or long distance walks.
