Total body workouts with a choice of gentle or moderate exercises to build up your stamina and fitness levels. Available online.

Move it or Lose it

Low impact standing chair or wheelchair based fun exercises for over 55's or under55's with limited mobility or those recovering from surgeries. These exercises not only help you build your fitness levels but help you in your day-to-day activities. Available online and face-to-face.

Health and Wellbeing Walks

Walks in various parks and woodland with gentle or moderate exercises to choose according to your fitness level. You can walk with or without poles (Nordic, trekking or walking poles).

Fitness Pilates

Low impact full body exercises to strengthen muscles and improve postural alignment and flexibility. It helps strenghten and stabilse the core body through breathing techniques and abdominal muscle control.
Mat or chair based Pilates (Available face-to-face and online)


Tai Chi Movement for Wellbeing (TMW): 

Mind-body gentle,  low impact exercises suitable for all ages and abilities, seated and standing. Moving meditation.  Available face-to-face and online.
