Hello, my name is Savita Bhudia and I am qualified Fitness Professional based in North West London
I offer a variety of fitness classes including
Total Body Strength and conditioning
Health and Wellbeing walk with workout/TMW
Tai Chi Movement for Wellbeing (TMW)
Mat Pilates
Pilates in Pregnancy's
Move it or Lose it (for over 55's)
I provide classes on Zoom, face to face in the community, and Old People's Residential and Care Homes.
I have always been passionate about teaching and making an improvement in people's lives. I spent most of my career working in the NHS to improve services and over the last few years, I have redirected that passion to the health and fitness industry. I have found it incredibly rewarding to see clients’ improved health’ within a few months of regular exercise as well the positive impact it has had on their mental wellbeing.
